Discus your needs with our letting agent(s). Here is were you discuss details including locations, details incl hose detalis, rent, contract terms, avaliable dates etc.
When you have agreed with the letting agent regarding a contract incl rent, terms etc, Sign the contract after decidíng on a Move-in date with the letting agent after your first rental payment and deposit payed then you get the key.
During your rent with us will our letting agent regulary inspect the property and document status, possible damages and things that needs to be fixed including Gas-/Electricity-/Fire-/Watersystem certification inspections depending on what's present at your rent.
This typically is done twice a year but sometimes this can be devided in up to four times a year depending on workload/scedule for inspections etc.
